Terms of Service
1. What MyMetabolism Is (and Isn't)
MyMetabolism is a metabolic wellness coaching service. We help members adopt and follow a ketogenic metabolic lifestyle with the support of human coaches, an app, and (in the US) optional blood-panel testing.
MyMetabolism is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease — including cancer. Our coaching is complementary to, not a substitute for, medical care. No client-provider relationship is created through use of this service.
2. Eligibility and Use
You must be 18+ to enroll. By using MyMetabolism you agree to use the service lawfully, supply accurate information, and follow your medical team's guidance on health decisions.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
The 2-month program is billed as a one-time charge at checkout. After month 2, the app subscription auto-renews at the published monthly rate. You can cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the billing period.
- Coaching sessions and blood panels (where available) can be added à la carte.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase; contact help@nuonc.co.
4. Shipping Eligibility and Refunds for Restricted Items
Some items in our program have shipping or regulatory restrictions based on your location:
- At-home blood panels are not available to residents of New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island, due to state regulations on direct-to-consumer lab testing. We ask you to confirm your state of residence before checkout.
- The GKI / KetoMojo glucose-ketone meter ships only to the United States, Canada, and select countries in Europe. We ask you to confirm your country of residence before checkout where applicable.
- Our international landing experience does not offer blood panels at all. If you intentionally bypass the regional version of our site (for example, via a VPN or by navigating to our US-only checkout) to purchase an item not available in your country, you are still subject to the refund process below.
If you purchase an item that we cannot ship to your address — including cases where the shipping address differs from the location you provided at checkout, where you bypassed a location-restriction prompt or self-attestation, or where you ordered from a region in which the item is not offered — we will:
- Cancel the affected item from your order;
- Refund the price of that item, including any associated taxes and shipping fees, within 10 business days of order review;
- Fulfill any remaining items in your order that are eligible for your location.
Coaching, the app, and any digital components of your purchase will be honored regardless of physical-item eligibility. Submitting false location information to obtain a restricted item does not waive these restrictions; we reserve the right to cancel and refund the restricted item in such cases.
5. Medical Disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. MyMetabolism is a metabolic wellness coaching service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease — including cancer. Our coaching is complementary to, not a substitute for, medical care, cancer treatment, or clinical oncology services. We are not a medical provider, and no client-provider relationship is created through use of this service. Ketogenic metabolic therapy is an emerging, experimental field — please work with your oncologist or healthcare team on all decisions about your nutrition and metabolic health.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyMetabolism and NuOnc, Co. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data — including the categories of data we collect, third-party processors, retention, and your rights — is described in our Privacy Notice. Our health-specific data practices, including our commitment not to use health data for advertising retargeting, are described in our Health Disclosures.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
